Acadian Ambulance Service invites an experienced Mechanic to join our Dallas shop. The incumbent will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on ambulance vehicles.

Duties Include (but are not limited to)
Inspect and repair company vehicles
Preventive maintenance on ambulance fleet and other company vehicles
Write work tickets
Perform mechanical related repairs
Work with shop employees and supervisors
Electrical repairs
Drive vehicles when required
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Clean driving record
Current driver’s license
On-the-job training available with 2‑3 years of mechanical experience or related G.M. or trade school training
Diesel Mechanic experience preferred
Mechanical knowledge, reading, writing, speaking, hand tool use, and specialized tool use
Have basic hand tools
