Key Responsibilities
Active listening: offer empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to build trust between clients and our team.
Use our CRM to track follow‑ups, ensuring agents have up‑to‑date information for the listing and closing process.
Apply scripts to overcome objections and communicate our company’s value proposition.
Act as intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate mutually beneficial sales.
Qualify inbound inquiries and generate appointments for agents.
Lead generation, schedule appointments, and meet new clients daily.
Show homes and negotiate contracts.
Provide white‑glove service to clients.
Qualifications
Ability to quickly learn real estate‑specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
Excellent organizational, time‑management, and follow‑up skills.
Proficient on the phone with a strong sales mindset.
Driven to succeed both in sales and in life.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel by car.
Strong negotiating skills.
Hold an active SC Real Estate License (or obtain it before joining the team).
