What You’ll Be Doing
Contribute to UI/UX design for web and mobile experiences across TeamLive, HarriLive, and TeamHub.
Support the implementation of consistent navigation and interaction patterns across roles and device types.
Translate AI‑driven logic into user‑friendly screens and design for new agentic UI patterns such as conversational UX and adaptive UI.
Collaborate in maintaining and expanding Harri’s design system, component library, and standards.
Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and AI/Data teams to bring designs from concept to delivery.
Support usability testing and use heatmaps and analytics to inform design improvements.

Customer‑centric mindset with a proven track record of delivering high‑quality UI/UX designs across multiple product modules.
Experience with mobile‑first and AI‑powered interaction models.
Strong communication skills for design reviews, feedback sessions, and UI/UX refinement cycles.
Analytical thinking with attention to detail, leveraging user behavior data to propose enhancements.
Experience collaborating in a cross‑functional, globally distributed team.
Commitment to accessibility and inclusiveness across platform experiences.
When and Where You’ll Be Doing It
Position: Full‑time
Location: New York, NY (NYC)
Salary: $130,000 – $200,000 USD (depending on experience)
Reporting: Director of Platform UI/UX
