located in beautiful Wakefield, just off Capital Boulevard in North Raleigh.
Calyx is looking to hire NOW a nurse as our Resident Care Director to oversee resident care at the community. A well‑qualified RN or LPN should have experience in the following:
Responsibilities
Overseeing a resident care department through supervising and hands‑on support of the care staff
Managing and training resident care staff to ensure quality service delivery
Ensuring regulatory compliance
Completing resident assessments and care plans for new and current residents
Conducting daily/weekly compliance audits and QA initiatives
Qualifications
RN or LPN nursing license in good standing with the State of North Carolina
Minimum of two years nursing experience, long‑term care experience preferred
Supervisory background preferred
