Job Description COPYWRITER

An ideas‑first copywriter. That's what we're looking for. Conceptual. Big ideas. Student of the industry. Agency experience. Nothing less. If that's you, keep on reading!

We’re a boundary‑pushing marketing agency, striving for daring and different. We like to escape the mundane and never fall into being play‑it‑safers or creatures to commonplace. As a writer with us, you ideally have a bit of agency experience (~2+ years) so you don’t get lost here in the agency world, and a strong desire to challenge yourself. We’ll look to you to collaborate with clients and internal teams, generating ideas and bringing them to life through words (written and spoken), then presenting confidently and expressing your creative ideas to all.

You’re part of a team of creatives and strategists who create content and campaigns across channels and platforms, across clients large and small and everywhere in between. And, while writing is generally a heads‑down, solo experience, we’d look to you to come heads‑up to collab, inspire, explore, and express ideas, campaigns, content, ads, posts, articles, and everything the agency world has to offer.

As a resident creative wordsmith, you’ll be expected to follow directions at times and inspire new directions in others based on your unique storytelling and ideas. As in any form of writing, being detail‑oriented is a must (AP family over here!). Communicating effectively comes with the job, as does being empathetic. Being imaginatively rebellious is specific to a career here.

What You’ll Do Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
