Manage all travel logistics (flights, hotels, ground transport) for executives and team members
Attend meetings, take notes, track action items, and ensure follow-ups happen
Manage inboxes and prioritize communications
Maintain schedules, calendars, and day-to-day organization
Support in-office activities in NYC
Run weekly task reviews and monthly KPI check-ins
Handle ad-hoc requests and problem-solve as needed
Travel when necessary

Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
Extremely organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with little to no direction
Strong communication skills
Flexible, resourceful, and calm under pressure
Willing to travel
