Neighborhoods in the cities of Santa Clara, Sunnyvale, San Jose, and Cupertino comprise the district's 56 square‑mile area. Responsibilities Under the direction of a Nutrition Services Manager, the Cook Substitute will:
Produce and serve a variety of foods in quantity at an assigned school site.
Maintain facilities in a clean and sanitary condition.
Maintain an efficient and smooth flow of service and work closely with co‑workers to assure that students and staff are provided with a meal in compliance with USDA guidelines.
Establish positive relations with diverse internal and external customers, including students, staff, school administration, parents, and community members.
