Overview Bubba’s 33, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is looking for a Restaurant Manager to oversee both Front of House and Back of House operations and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service at all times. As a Restaurant Manager, Your Responsibilities Would Include Manage hourly employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching and discipline Review applications, interview, and hire or make recommendations to hire hourly employees Direct work for employees including setting hours, weekly schedules, and assigning tasks before, during, and after restaurant open hours Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction Provide, direct, and schedule Front of House and Back of House training Supervise and oversee the production and preparation of food in a manner consistent with established recipes and procedures Conduct formal line Taste & Temps Enforce appropriate security measures to maintain the safety of employees and guests Manage food, supplies, and liquor costs by conducting weekly inventory Understand, manage, and practice safe food handling procedures Create a safe, fun, and clean work environment for the staff in line with core values and operational goals We offer a comprehensive total rewards package after 30 days of employment to Restaurant Managers that meet our benefit eligibility requirements.
