E-Commerce Manager

We’re hiring an E-Commerce Manager to own and scale our DTC (Shopify) and Amazon businesses for our brands SKIN GYM and PaintLab. This role sits at the center of revenue growth and is ideal for someone who can balance strategy, analytics, and hands‑on execution across both channels.

You’ll work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to optimize performance, improve conversion, and drive profitable growth across owned and marketplace channels.

What You’ll Do

DTC (Shopify)

• Own day‑to‑day management of the Shopify storefront
• Drive CRO, AOV, merchandising, and site performance
• Manage launches, promos, PDPs, and site content
• Analyze performance using GA4 and internal dashboards
• Partner with email/SMS and paid media teams on campaigns
• Forecast DTC inventory needs and support demand planning

Amazon

• Own Amazon Seller Central operations for both brands
• Optimize PDPs (titles, bullets, images, A+ content)
• Coordinate Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
• Manage promotions, deal strategy, and key retail moments
• Monitor contribution margin, sell‑through, and inventory health
• Ensure brand consistency and channel strategy across DTC + Amazon

Cross‑Functional

• Identify growth opportunities across funnel and UX
• Manage agencies or freelancers as needed
• Report on performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership

What We Are Looking For

• 5–8 years of experience in e‑commerce, DTC, and marketplaces preferably
• Strong Shopify experience + hands‑on Amazon experience
• Data‑driven, analytical, and comfortable owning revenue KPIs
• Experience managing agencies or external partners
• Beauty, wellness, or consumer brand experience a plus
• Thrives in a fast‑paced, growing brand environment
