We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations in Minooka, IL. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate inventory flow, coordinating with warehouse staff, and maintaining efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title : Warehouse Coordinator

Location : Minooka, IL

Pay Rate : $19.00 / HR

Schedule : 2nd Shift | 3 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM | Wednesday – Sunday

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure timely and accurate order processing
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to prioritize workload and resolve issues
• Track inventory movements and update warehouse systems as needed
• Prepare and maintain reports, logs, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Support receiving, shipping, and staging operations as required

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or coordination experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and experience with warehouse systems a plus
• Ability to work the assigned 2nd shift schedule, Wednesday through Sunday
