As the Warehouse Manager, you’ll lead a high‑volume operation that sits at the center of manufacturing and distribution. You’ll own inventory accuracy, materials flow, cycle counting, and shipping while leading a hands‑on team in a fast‑paced, high‑SKU environment. Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Inventory Operations

  • Direct and supervise all warehouse activities including receiving, put‑away, storage, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.
  • Oversee cycle counting and physical inventory programs to maintain high levels of accuracy and inventory integrity.
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods in compliance with GMP and other regulatory standards.

Team Leadership

  • Manage, train, coach, and develop warehouse associates, leads, and supervisory staff.
  • Enforce safety standards and promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Materials Management

  • Partner with supply chain planners and production teams to align materials availability with production requirements.
  • Implement and monitor inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and optimize stock levels.

Systems & Reporting

  • Utilize Oracle Cloud ERP to manage transactions, inventory data, and reporting.
  • Generate and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) — including inventory accuracy, order cycle times, and throughput — and take corrective action when needed.

Process Improvement

  • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to increase throughput, reduce errors, and improve overall warehouse efficiency.
  • Lead or participate in cross‑functional projects related to warehouse optimization or system enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Warehouse Management: Proven experience managing warehouse operations in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Materials Management: Strong background in inventory control, cycle counting, and materials handling best practices.
  • High SKU Complexity: Experience with diversified product lines and a large SKU count in ERP/inventory systems.
  • ERP Expertise: Hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud or comparable enterprise systems for inventory and warehouse management.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage teams, resolve operational issues, and drive performance.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in nutraceuticals, manufacturing, 3PL, or regulated industries.
  • Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification.
  • Forklift certification or similar warehousing credentials.
