Position: Warehouse Coordinator

Shifts Available: 3 PM – 12 AM or 11 PM – 8:00 PM (must be open to working weekends and overtime)

Requirements: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Your role: As an onsite coordinator, you will be the key to ensuring efficient warehouse operations and a safe workplace. You will maintain open communication with client management, supervise employees, and deliver seamless customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee attendance and punctuality of employees
• Lead and manage warehouse team with professionalism
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Handle workers' compensation and injury events
• Conduct safety meetings and safety walks
• Certify employees on Material Handling Equipment
• Manage timekeeping for employee hours
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Issue disciplinary actions when necessary
• Keep the employee database updatedUndertake additional tasks as directed

What We Require

• High School Diploma/GED minimum
• Warehouse/distribution experience preferred, not required
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Word
• Strong client service and relationship skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
