Warehouse Supervisor

Pay Rate: $28–$30/hr DOE
Base pay range: $28.00/hr - $30.00/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Lead a team of 6 in the daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, and shipping
- Maintain accurate inventory using ERP (Syspro) / WMS (riteScan) systems
- Conduct cycle counts and resolve discrepancies
- Ensure FIFO and lot traceability across the facility
- Collaborate with procurement and production to meet daily material needs
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, promoting safety and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, GMP, HACCP, and SQF standards
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of inventory/warehouse supervision (food manufacturing preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Supply Chain or related field a plus)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Certified Forklift and Pallet Jack operator
- Strong knowledge of inventory systems (e.g., Syspro, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Warehouse and production floor (Freezer, Cooler and Ambient Environments)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Weekend and overtime availability required
- Additional, Special and Physical requirements:
- Must be able to carry/lift items up to 50lbs occasionally for a distance of up to 30ft.
- Must be able to stand on production floor for prolonged periods of time (8-10 hrs) on concrete/metal grate floors).
- Required to stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Must complete New Associate training in Good Manufacturing Practices, Quality Control requirements regarding Food safety and acceptable employee / Supervisor behavior practices provided by M.C.I. Foods, Inc.
- Must have Certification on all powered industrial trucks and pallet jacks
- Must be available to work on occaisonal Saturdays and additional overtime as necessary
Equipment to be used
- Forklifts and electric pallet jacks and manual pallet jacks (certification required).
- Electric Walk Behind Lift.
- Use of ladders, dock plates.
