Warehouse Manager – Full-Service Logistics

Location: City of Industry, CA | Type: Full-Time | Pay: $65k

Are you ready to lead a dynamic warehouse team in a fast-paced, full-service logistics environment? Our company offers a complete range of services, including international and domestic freight, warehousing, distribution, packaging, foreign trade, and insurance. We’re seeking a skilled Warehouse Manager to oversee operations, optimize processes, and ensure our warehouse runs efficiently and safely. Must speak Chinese.

What You’ll Do:

Warehouse Operations

  • Lead day-to-day operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control.
  • Optimize warehouse layout, equipment, and staffing to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with transportation and logistics teams for smooth, on-time dispatch of goods.

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
  • Oversee cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, loaders, and forklift operators.
  • Ensure staffing levels meet operational demands.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and productive work environment.

Health & Safety Compliance

  • Enforce all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and safe handling of goods.
  • Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs.
  • Maintain accurate reports on KPIs, inventory, and workflow for management and audits.
  • Leverage warehouse management systems (WMS) and collaborate with IT to optimize digital processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar logistics role.
  • Experience with international and domestic freight handling.
  • Must be bilingul English/Chinese.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and best practices.
  • Experience with WMS and inventory management software.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations; forklift certification is a plus.
  • Must live within an 18 mile radius of City of Industry, CA.
