Job Title: Warehouse Manager

As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee the daily warehouse operations, ensure efficient logistics and supply chain coordination, and lead a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping of chassis and related products.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and maintain stock control systems.
• Oversee equipment usage and enforce safety standards.
• Plan and manage logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of chassis to shipping, leasing, and trucking clients.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize transportation schedules.
• Monitor KPIs such as delivery times, freight costs, and warehouse throughput.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse staff while fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
• Provide coaching, discipline, and performance feedback to warehouse staff.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and DOT regulations while promoting a safe working environment.
• Conduct audits and inspections to maintain compliance.
• Identify inefficiencies in warehouse and logistics workflows and implement lean practices to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Drive automation and technology adoption where applicable.

Essential Skills

• Experience in warehouse management, logistics, inventory, and supply chain.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, lean practices, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to analyze logistics KPIs and present actionable insights.
• Familiarity with freight forwarding, intermodal logistics, and DOT regulations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Skills in shipping and transportation management.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
