Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift | 7 AM - 3:30 PM

What Is Expected

• 3+ years of warehouse experience in food, beverage, CPG, manufacturing, or a similar environment
• Previous supervisor or lead experience
• Know warehouse ops, safety rules, and basic computer/WMS skills
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet in a fast‑paced setting
• Lead by example - motivate your crew and solve problems
• Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and organized
• Handle scheduling, staffing, and daily workflow to hit goals
• Track inventory and shipments to keep orders accurate and on time
• Train, coach, and back up your team so the job gets done right
