Entry-Level Administrative Assistant

A successful and well-established Management Consulting firm in Sandy Springs is seeking an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and serve as the first point of contact for the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to build strong foundational skills in a professional, organized environment with room to grow.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, dependable individual who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and supporting a team of professionals.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to routine inquiries
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, reserve conference rooms, and coordinate travel
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems
  • Order and stock office supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors
  • Greet clients and visitors, providing a polished and professional first impression
  • Prepare meeting agendas and assist with internal events or meetings
  • Process invoices, receipts, and expense reports; assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Support team members with project-related tasks as needed
