Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities and a strong attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a blend of administrative experience, personal assistant skills, and the ability to manage various projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The position will be either in person in the Denver area or remote if located in the Southwest Washington/Portland area, with required in-person meetings as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative assistance to assigned personnel including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
  • Support meeting preparation as needed, including identifying and disseminating meeting materials.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and identify follow-ups.
  • Support project coordination efforts by tracking progress and deadlines.
  • Serve as point of contact with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, exercise independent judgment, prioritize work, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills, including teamwork attitude, with a focus on meeting company needs while striving for an enjoyable work environment for all staff.
  • Ability to work full-time in the Denver office or remotely if located in the Southwest Washington/Portland area.

Education and Experience

  • Associate’s degree in business, office administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with Microsoft Office products such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • At least 5 years working in an office environment performing similar functions.

Compensation Range

The estimated compensation range for this position is $60,000 – $80,000 per year for a full-time, exempt position. Compensation takes into consideration a candidate’s education, training, and experience, as well as the employee’s work location.
