Full‑time. Prepare to be the hub of communication and support for our administrative operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the hub of communication: manage multiple email inboxes and respond to inquiries from vendors, reps, and customers.
  • Drive processes forward: submit and track credit requests with multiple lenders, handle buyout requests, and assist with upgrades.
  • Keep things moving: perform research and follow‑up to help credit decisions progress.
  • Customer support: call customers for meter reads, enter data into leasing vendor websites, and upload to customer files.
  • Administrative essentials: save signed documents to OneDrive and email them to the Deals team.
  • Team backup: support phones for service and supplies, place calls and orders, and assist with contract entry.
  • Additional responsibilities: create new customer records, handle escalated concerns, and assist the executive assistant with projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous administrative or leasing experience is a plus.
