Executive Assistant (On-Site) – Florham Park, NJ

Start Date: ASAP

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Employment Type: 6 Month Contract to Start (Potential Temp-to-Hire)

Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support executive-level management in our Florham Park office. This role requires a highly organized, professional individual with strong communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. The position is on‑site and expected to start ASAP. The hiring manager will review resumes and conduct in‑person 30‑minute interviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑level administrative support to executive leadership.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
  • Screen calls and manage correspondence.
  • Draft and prepare letters, reports, presentations, and financial documents.
  • Perform internet research and compile data as needed.
  • Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Maintain confidentiality and support executive staff with professionalism.
  • May assist with training other staff on administrative processes or systems.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

Education

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
