Administrative Assistant – PANHANDLE CLEANING & RESTORATION, INC.
This role provides dedicated administrative support to Project Managers and Estimators, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate documentation throughout all project stages.

Responsibilities
- Provide dedicated administrative support for Project Managers and Estimators.
- Handle CRM electronic entries for all potential jobs.
- Take incoming phone calls and new project inquiries.
- Set up new projects in the system and create files.
- Schedule appointments for estimators.
- Assist in scheduling work and creating work orders.
- Prepare bids and confirm quotes.
- Process initial project information billings and related data.
- Prepare billing files.
- Prepare contract packages for signatures.
- Process billings, receivables, burn sheets, project warranties, and job closeout files.
- Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent follow–through and follow–up abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast–paced environment.
- Friendly and outgoing demeanor.
- Prior experience in construction or restoration is preferred.
