Responsibilities

• Perform software product testing and investigate possible causes of problems.
• Perform manual testing as a stop‑gap for automated testing.
• Develop functional, end‑to‑end, regression, and performance tests in automated test environments.
• Detect and write software bug reports and feature requests.
• Understand, reproduce, troubleshoot product defects and work with developers to determine the best resolution.
• Assist in the planning and implementation of testing new features.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of practical experience in software testing and Quality Assurance.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with automated testing and automation frameworks: pytest (Python), unittest (Python), Ansible.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience using Git, Jenkins, and various Continuous Integration tools.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Linux OS.

Desired Knowledge / Skills

• Familiarity with Java and/or Go and basic debugging.
• Experience with basic database technologies and software.
• Solid grasp of technical writing and documentation in relation to software development.
• Familiarity with Docker and technologies around scalable infrastructure, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience refining low‑level testing scripts using Bash, Python, Ansible, etc.
• Experience working in an AGILE development environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for learning new technologies and staying up‑to‑date with industry trends.
• Understanding of the Intelligence Community customers and their priorities.

Security Clearance

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Compensation

Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000 USD (annualized).
