Your Role
The Data Analyst will support the Long Term Care Claims Operations department, driving business strategy and solving complex problems. You will forecast trends, build PowerBI dashboards, deliver cost‑benefit analyses, drive capacity planning, and present insights to leadership.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support LTC Operations Claims leadership with reports, data, and analytical insights.
- Collaborate with business partners to understand their problems and goals, gather requirements, and develop queries and KPI dashboards.
- Conceptualize, create, iterate, and automate dashboards in PowerBI to track metrics and provide business recommendations.
- Build and maintain reports using SQL, Spotfire, PowerBI, and related tools.
- Handle ad‑hoc requests from internal and external parties in a timely manner aligned with current and historical processes.
- Participate in claim strategic initiatives by providing insight and data analysis.
- Build strong relationships with senior management to develop context and shape strategy through data.
- Recommend process changes based on trends and data analysis, applying knowledge of claims strategy, risks, and financial goals.
What You Bring
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and solve problems with data.
- Bachelor’s degree in an analytical or technical discipline.
- 2‑5 years of professional experience developing SQL code in Oracle or Microsoft SQL.
- Strong knowledge of managing and analyzing structured data using Excel, SQL, and/or Python.
- Proficiency in writing, interpreting, enhancing, and optimizing SQL queries.

Salary
The base salary range starts at $65,500 and up to $126,300. In addition, a performance‑based incentive plan offers a target earning opportunity of 7% of base compensation.
