Seasonal Customer Service Representative

Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent‑A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo car rental brands. We are hiring for a seasonal customer service representative to provide superior, friendly, efficient service throughout the car‑rental process.

Employment Dates: December 1 2025 – April 30 2026

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Location: 4917 N University Dr., Lauderhill, FL 33351 or 2200 N State Rd. 7, Laudedale Lakes, FL 33313

Position: Full‑time, seasonal (40 hours per week)

• Monday 9:00 am‑5:00 pm
• Tuesday 9:00 am‑5:00 pm
• Wednesday 9:00 am‑5:00 pm
• Saturday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm
• Sunday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm
• OR
• Monday 9:00 am‑6:00 pm
• Thursday 9:00 am‑6:00 pm
• Friday 9:00 am‑6:00 pm
• Saturday 9:00 am‑6:00 pm
• Sunday 9:00 am‑6:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide clear explanations of rental terms, vehicle features, and ancillary services.
• Offer additional assistance such as directions, maps, and local information.
• Handle inbound reservations, rate quotes, and inquiries via phone.
• Make outbound callback and miscellaneous calls as assigned.
• Assist in assessing vehicle condition on returns.
• Notify management of customer or vehicle issues.
• Pursue ongoing training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High‑school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• At least 2 years of customer‑service or sales experience in retail, hospitality, or administrative support.
• Valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Willingness to accept pay of $16.50 per hour.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship required.
• Willingness to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays.
• Available to work any of the listed schedules.
