Receptionist – Cushman & Wakefield

Position Summary: This role delivers exceptional customer service to clients, colleagues, and end‑users in a global professional services environment. The Receptionist supports contracted service lines with front‑office Reception duties, mail, print, hospitality, facilities, guest escorting, and audio/visual support. The role also handles copy pickup, package delivery, and print processing.

  • Perform all Reception duties required at the main office entrance.
  • Deliver and pick up USPS and accountable mail (FedEx, UPS, DHL, messenger, and other incoming packages).
  • Process all outgoing USPS and accountable mail.
  • Keep inventory of all supplies in mail areas including USPS and accountable mail.
  • Assist and notify end users of mail and shipping protocols.
  • Audit and update mail lists as needed.
  • Support confidential document shredding in accordance with company policy.
  • Arrange and maintain conference rooms for meetings, lunches, and events.
  • Maintain inventory of all office supplies (paper, toner, etc.).
  • Prepare large‑volume print requests and finish to colleague specifications.
  • Quality‑check all print work to ensure accuracy.
  • Use high‑speed multi‑function devices.
  • Monitor office for facilities issues such as lights outages, carpeting, wall damage, and report accordingly.
  • Ensure pantries have adequate supplies and replenish as needed.
  • Maintain pantry equipment (coffee machine, ice, water machine).
  • Post client signage as requested in designated areas.
  • Clean and ready workstations/offices for new hires.
  • Advise visitors on conference room locations and provide directions to/from the campus as needed.
  • Answer phones and direct all calls accordingly.
  • Work overtime as needed to assist with special projects.
  • All duties as assigned.

Compensation: $26.35 – $31.00 per hour (based on experience and market rates). The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
