One of San Diego’s Top Estate Planning law firms is seeking a quality individual to come be a part of our team! This is a full‑time, Monday through Thursday position, 8 AM to 6 PM.

- Highly organized, adaptable, focused, and able to handle multiple tasks and cases simultaneously
- Able to prioritize, work independently, under pressure, with minimal supervision
Main responsibilities
- Meetings with clients to go over services and drafted documents.
- Draft, read, review, and interpret legal documents.
- Prepare probate inventories, court filings and probate/trust administration accountings.
- Produce summaries and accountings.
- Working with clients to set specific deadlines and follow‑up diligently to see necessary tasks through.
- Proficiency with cloud‑based applications such as Office, CRM software (Act).
- Other duties as needed.
- No litigation and no overtime.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of probate and trust administration experience in a law firm.
- In‑depth understanding and appreciation of the trust and estate administration process from start to finish.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Spreadsheets.
- California Notary Public a plus.
