Job Summary

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a professional and welcoming environment. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, coordinating communication, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference rooms, and appointments as required.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents.
  • Support staff with office supply management and inventory tracking.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and employees.
  • Uphold confidentiality and maintain professional communication at all times.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or administrative assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
