What you’ll be doing
- Headhunting and recruiting high-performing sales professionals (BDRs/SDRs through BDMs, Sales Leaders, and specialist GTM roles) across Staffing, IT Consulting, and HR Tech
- Owning the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, outreach, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, feedback, offer management, and close
- Building trusted relationships with candidates and clients — we believe recruitment is about people, not just placements
- Working remote-first with real flexibility and autonomy (no micromanagement — just strong support, tools, and clear expectations)
- (Optional / a plus) Supporting full-desk / 360 recruiting: client development, account management, and expanding existing accounts
What we’re looking for (non-negotiables)
- Agency recruitment experience — required (this is non-negotiable)
- 3+ years recruiting experience, including placing sales talent
- Confident sourcing and outreach skills (LinkedIn, referrals, market mapping, creative headhunting)
- Strong attention to detail — you’re organised, accurate, and you follow through
- Self-motivated and proactive: you take ownership, not instructions
- Professional, high-trust communication with candidates and clients
Nice to have
- Full-desk / 360 experience
- Experience recruiting into staffing agencies, workforce providers, IT consulting firms, or HR tech
