About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation — across a range of business functions. You’ll partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to attract and secure top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage candidate flow and ensure accurate documentation.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and expand reach.
• Collaborate with team members on recruiting initiatives and process improvements.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house) are a plus but not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
