Senior Recruiter - HR & Administrative: Contract & Direct Hire at Addison Group
Corporate Recruiter – Hybrid Permanent Role with Strong Bonus Potential
Join a dynamic, growing Industrial Machinery Manufacturing organization as a Corporate Recruiter and play a key role in building top talent across a diverse portfolio of business units. This is an excellent opportunity to partner with senior leaders in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment that values ownership, innovation, and results‑driven recruiting.
Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in‑office, 1 day remote per week)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Bonus: Quarterly bonus potential up to $10,000 annually
Dress Code: Business casual
Travel: Very occasional and local (e.g., job fairs or events)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for a high‑volume portfolio of roles, from intake through offer
- Partner closely with HR and hiring leaders to provide strategic guidance and tailored search strategies
- Conduct consultative intake calls, deliver weekly updates, assess risks, and drive hiring outcomes
- Proactively source talent via multiple channels, including social media and networking
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company’s culture and brand
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Stay compliant with EEO guidelines, pay transparency laws, and internal protocols
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to share insights and best practices
- Build passive talent pipelines and educate hiring managers on process and onboarding
- Continuously refine recruiting methods, tools, and metrics to predict and meet staffing needs
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience (internal corporate recruiting experience required)
- Proven success partnering with executive and senior‑level stakeholders
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- High learning agility, curiosity, and problem‑solving mindset
- Collaborative yet independent, with professional maturity and composure under pressure
- Tenacious results‑orientation and experience using an ATS (experience with Ceridian Dayforce a plus)
Preferred Qualifications
- Recruiting experience in manufacturing, industrial, distribution, or similar sectors
- Background sourcing blue‑collar or industrial talent
- Familiarity with fast‑growing or multi‑brand environments
