Lead full‑cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions—from sourcing through offer acceptance.
Partner with HR and hiring leaders to understand business priorities and provide strategic guidance.
Conduct consultative intake calls, deliver regular updates, assess risks, and drive results.
Customize search strategies to fit the role, team, and business needs.
Proactively source talent via multiple channels, including social media and passive talent networks.
Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience from start to finish.
Collaborate with recruiting team members to share insights, talent pipelines, and best practices.
Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS.
Stay current on recruiting compliance, including EEO guidelines, pay transparency laws, and internal policies.
Analyze recruiting metrics to anticipate staffing needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and techniques.
Provide guidance to hiring leaders throughout interviews and onboarding.

Minimum 4 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally in industrial, distribution, or manufacturing settings.
Proven success partnering with executive and senior‑level stakeholders.
Strong consultative approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to a fast‑moving environment.
Naturally curious, solutions‑driven, and eager to learn.
