Job Title: Corporate Recruiter

Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid – 4 Days In-Office / 1 Day Remote)

Position Overview

Our client is a rapidly growing professional organization seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support continued expansion across corporate functions, including Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a high‑growth, build‑mode environment and enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers to design, execute, and scale recruiting processes. The Corporate Recruiter will play a critical role in building strong, high‑performing internal teams while helping establish consistent, repeatable hiring practices that can scale with the organization.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑oriented role with meaningful exposure to leadership and long‑term growth opportunity as the organization continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

Full‑Cycle Recruiting

  • Manage full‑cycle recruiting for corporate roles across Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
  • Develop and manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview processes
  • Coordinate and conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate evaluations

Hiring Manager Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to department leaders and executives
  • Provide guidance on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and candidate availability
  • Ensure a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience from first contact through offer

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard‑to‑fill roles
  • Leverage passive candidate outreach to support future hiring needs

Process Improvement & Scaling

  • Help design and refine recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices
  • Track recruiting metrics including time‑to‑fill, pipeline activity, and candidate quality
  • Assist in building scalable hiring infrastructure as the company grows

Employer Brand & Candidate Experience

  • Represent the organization professionally and consistently in the market
  • Ensure timely communication, feedback, and follow‑up with candidates
  • Support employer branding initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in corporate, in‑house, or professional services environments
  • Experience hiring for Accounting, Finance, IT, and/or Operations roles
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through
  • Experience working in a growing or scaling organization strongly preferred
