Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid – 4 Days In-Office / 1 Day Remote)

Position Overview
Our client is a rapidly growing professional organization seeking a Corporate Recruiter to support continued expansion across corporate functions, including Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations.
This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a high‑growth, build‑mode environment and enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers to design, execute, and scale recruiting processes. The Corporate Recruiter will play a critical role in building strong, high‑performing internal teams while helping establish consistent, repeatable hiring practices that can scale with the organization.
This is a hands‑on, execution‑oriented role with meaningful exposure to leadership and long‑term growth opportunity as the organization continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
Full‑Cycle Recruiting
- Manage full‑cycle recruiting for corporate roles across Accounting, Finance, IT, and Operations
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and hiring timelines
- Develop and manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview processes
- Coordinate and conduct phone screens, interviews, and candidate evaluations
Hiring Manager Partnership
- Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to department leaders and executives
- Provide guidance on market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and candidate availability
- Ensure a consistent, high‑quality candidate experience from first contact through offer
Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
- Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard‑to‑fill roles
- Leverage passive candidate outreach to support future hiring needs
Process Improvement & Scaling
- Help design and refine recruiting processes, workflows, and best practices
- Track recruiting metrics including time‑to‑fill, pipeline activity, and candidate quality
- Assist in building scalable hiring infrastructure as the company grows
Employer Brand & Candidate Experience
- Represent the organization professionally and consistently in the market
- Ensure timely communication, feedback, and follow‑up with candidates
- Support employer branding initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in corporate, in‑house, or professional services environments
- Experience hiring for Accounting, Finance, IT, and/or Operations roles
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and follow‑through
- Experience working in a growing or scaling organization strongly preferred
