Executive Recruiter – Accounting & Finance Focus

Full-time | Denver, CO (Hybrid or Onsite options available)

Join a top-ranked, growth-minded executive search firm specializing in accounting and finance leadership roles. We’re looking for a motivated Executive Recruiter to help leading companies find CFOs, Controllers, FP&A leaders, and other senior finance talent.

As part of our Denver headquarters team, you’ll work closely with founders and senior leadership, manage your own searches, and help build long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with clients to scope, design, and manage executive-level searches
• Source and engage high-caliber accounting and finance talent through research, networking, and outreach
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: screening, interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing candidates
• Provide market intelligence on compensation, trends, and competitor insights
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients for repeat business and referrals
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and maintain a high-performance culture

What We’re Looking For

• Track record of success in recruiting, staffing, or related B2B sales roles (executive search experience a plus)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable engaging with senior executives
• Self-starter with resilience and drive to meet ambitious goals
• Experience using modern sourcing tools and CRM/ATS systems
• Knowledge of accounting/finance functions is preferred but not required
• Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission

Compensation will be based on experience and includes a combination of base salary and commissions. In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the estimated total annual compensation (base plus on‑target commissions) for this role typically ranges from $80,000 to $300,000+, depending on performance and experience.
