Schedule: Hybrid 3 days in office

Compensation: Starting at $55,000+ uncapped commissions (based on years of experience)

Position Overview

Connect Search is growing, and we’re looking to add a Recruiter to our Healthcare team, focused on non-clinical healthcare roles. This position is ideal for a driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about delivering high-quality talent to healthcare organizations.

In this role, you’ll manage the full-cycle recruiting process for non-clinical healthcare positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and internal team members to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for non-clinical healthcare roles (including administrative, revenue cycle, finance, HR, operations, and support positions).
  • Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements, timelines, and workforce needs.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews, coordinate interview logistics, and manage feedback.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients and guide the offer and acceptance process.
  • Conduct reference checks and support onboarding and pre-employment processes.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and activity tracking within the ATS.
  • Stay informed on healthcare hiring trends, market conditions, and talent availability.

Qualifications

  • 1–4+ years of recruiting experience (agency experience preferred; healthcare recruiting a plus).
  • Experience recruiting non-clinical healthcare roles or strong interest in the healthcare space.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
