Base Pay Range
$38.00/hr - $43.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Proactively sourcing and managing candidates for the Commercial Banking team, including creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing the client’s talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, and collaborating with team members to advance candidates in the recruiting process.
- Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs.
- Work cross-functionally across a team of high‑performing recruiters and promote a culture of inspiration, empowerment, and inclusion.
- Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and sourcing results to leadership and HR partners.
- Source stellar candidates, looking beyond direct applications and leveraging search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market.
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
- At least 1 year of experience sourcing candidates.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience sourcing Product and/or Business Analyst candidates.
- 2+ years’ experience recruiting for tech‑focused companies.
- 2+ years’ experience using Workday in a recruiting function.
- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent.
