We’re seeking a hands-on Technical Recruitment Specialist to own end-to-end hiring for technical roles across engineering and product for a tech startup in growth mode. This is a true individual contributor role-ideal for someone who thrives on sourcing, engaging, and closing top technical talent in a high-growth startup environment with limit employer branding.

You’ll partner closely with founders and hiring managers, operate with a high degree of autonomy, and play a direct role in shaping their technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, referrals, and other niche channels
  • Proactively identify, engage, and nurture passive technical talent
  • Conduct initial technical and behavioral screens to assess skills, problem-solving ability, and culture alignment
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and hiring timelines
  • Manage and optimize the candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance
  • Drive offer management, compensation discussions, and close candidates in competitive markets

  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and recommend tools, workflows, and best practices suitable for a scaling startup

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting gained in a startup or high-growth tech environment
  • Proven success hiring for engineering and technical roles (frontend, backend, full-stack, etc.)
  • Strong sourcing expertise with the ability to build pipelines from scratch
  • Comfortable operating independently with minimal structure or oversight
  • Confident partnering with senior technical stakeholders and founders
  • Data-driven mindset with strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
