The Split Desk Model (Pick Your Path)
We believe in specialization. That’s why we run a split desk, you’ll choose your lane and own it:
Option 1: Account Manager (Sales)
- Build and grow relationships with client companies.
- Meet with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Drive new business through cold calls, networking, and meetings.
- Partner with recruiters to deliver top technical talent.
Option 2: Technical Recruiter (Delivery)
- Source, screen, and interview candidates in hardware/software and IT.
- Prep candidates to succeed in client interviews.
- Build long‑term relationships with tech professionals.
- Partner with Account Managers to fill client roles.
Two different tracks. One shared mission. Account Managers bring in the business, Recruiters deliver the talent.
