In partnership with your team, you will effectively source candidates into the recruiting and selection process and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience. You will be passionate about keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class recruitment shop.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source stellar candidates; screening and reviewing applicant resumes in Workday for basic and preferred qualifications.
• Candidate management - highly organized, detail-oriented, and can effectively drive the candidate management process.
• Partner with hiring managers and business groups or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs.
• Work cross-functionally across a team of high-performing recruiters.
• Effectively work with business partners on strategic initiatives and hiring strategy.
• Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners.
• Track high-volume candidate data in real-time with precision.
• Contribute to ad-hoc recruitment projects.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Technical Sourcing or Technical Recruiting experience
• Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to assess resumes and profiles for basic and preferred qualifications
• 1+ years of ATS experience
• 1+ years of Workday ATS experience is a PLUS
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Excel
• Influential communicator, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently to meet hiring needs/produce results
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to strictly follow internal processes
• Strong organization skills with the ability to thrive in high volume environments
