Responsibilities
- Lead and manage performance management, probation, onboarding, and recruitment processes to ensure talent acquisition and retention.
- Deliver efficient and professional HR operations services, maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including annual reviews and updates.
- Maintain and update HR systems, policies, and procedures; ensure timely responses to audits and compliance checks.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, handling operational HR requests promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with senior management and other departments to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Supervise GA functions, ensuring smooth execution of office-related services.
- Oversee office administration, ensuring orderliness, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the banking industry and with exposure to markets such as the U.S., Mainland China, or Taiwan.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive attitude and commitment to building a career in HR within the banking industry.
