Job Summary

The Parking Cashier is responsible for cash and electronic transactions with parking customers.

Pay

$22 Hourly Rate. The hourly range or rate varies based on experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market data.

Basic Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• No experience required; on-the-job training provided

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of similar experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Approach and greet all customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Use respectful communication to assist guests with questions, problems, and concerns
• Relay customer concerns and/or information to shift lead or Operations Manager as necessary
• Provide excellent customer service quickly and responsively
• Follow all company procedures and comply with all safety regulations
• Issue and/or collect visitor parking tickets
• Match visitor ticket to parking rate schedule; collect proper payment and distribute correct change
• Complete lost ticket forms when original tickets cannot be located
• Reconcile receipts, cash, and charges; account for all funds within cashier drawer
• Perform revenue drops following specific location procedures
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
• Answer telephone promptly and courteously when required
• Immediately report accidents, incidents or safety concerns to Operations Manager or Shift Lead
• Communicate professionally at all times with guests, clients, and teammates
