Pay Range: $85,000 - $100,000

You’ll be a trusted partner to our VP of Strategy, while also supporting the CEO, COO, and CFO, helping drive the operational rhythm of our Executive Leadership Team. From board preparation and strategic initiatives to M&A coordination and executive communications, you’ll play a central role in how decisions get made and executed. As Executive Assistant, you’ll serve as an extension of our senior leadership team—bringing structure to complexity, foresight to planning, and precision to execution. Your work will directly influence strategic outcomes, leadership effectiveness, and company-wide alignment. This is an onsite role in Riverside, MO, where collaboration happens face-to-face. While not remote, we offer occasional work-from-home flexibility with prior coordination.
What You’ll Do
Executive Support & Coordination
- Provide direct, day-to-day executive support to the VP of Strategy.
- Support the CEO, COO, and CFO with scheduling, travel coordination, meeting prep, and documentation.
- Manage complex, multi-executive travel logistics and itineraries.
- Maintain seamless organization across executive calendars, priorities, and workflows.
Executive & Board Meeting Excellence
- Prepare and distribute agendas for Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings.
- Capture clear, actionable meeting notes and track follow-ups through completion.
- Coordinate contributors, timelines, and materials for executive and board-level meetings.
- Assemble polished materials for executive reviews, strategic updates, and board packages.
Board & Strategic Materials
- Partner with leaders across the company to collect, organize, and finalize board deliverables.
- Build executive-ready presentations, spreadsheets, and supporting exhibits.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity across all executive and board documents.
Research & Strategic Support
- Conduct research on markets, industries, competitors, technologies, and customers.
- Synthesize insights into concise, leadership-ready formats.
- Support planning cycles, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional reviews.
M&A Coordination
- Coordinate schedules, communications, and materials throughout diligence cycles.
- Track diligence requests and follow-up items.
- Support logistics for site visits, including agendas, travel, and materials.
- Assist with integration planning coordination.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, and Sales to support executive needs.
- Build trusted relationships that keep information moving efficiently.
- Handle highly sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working across all levels.
- Ability to anticipate needs and navigate ambiguity with ease.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- High business judgment, professionalism, and discretion.
- Comfort operating in a private-equity-backed, high-performance environment.
- Adaptability, urgency, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Work Environment & Expectations
- Primarily office-based, Monday–Friday business hours.
- Occasional extended hours during board cycles, strategic meetings, or M&A activity.
- Light travel (approximately 5–10%) for meetings, board sessions, or acquisition visits.
- Minimal physical demands; extended periods of computer-based work.
