Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant
- Expertly manage complex executive calendars, coordinating meetings, conference calls, and events with precision and professionalism.
- Arrange seamless domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
- Act as a trusted liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and timely follow‑up.
- Prepare, review, and refine correspondence, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail.
- Oversee meeting and event logistics—book conference rooms, manage catering orders, and ensure smooth setup and breakdown.
- Support daily office operations by tracking inventory, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships.
- Greet and assist visitors, creating a warm and professional first impression, while providing proactive administrative support, handling special projects, and managing occasional errands.
Qualifications of the Executive Assistant
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 3‑5 years’ experience providing executive‑level administrative support in a professional environment.
- Previous experience in private equity, finance, consulting, or related fields strongly preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong overall tech aptitude.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism.
