We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leaders and firm partners in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. In this role you will collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Your Impact

As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the success of our senior leaders and firm partners, by providing strategic administrative support. You will optimize their calendars, manage travel, plan meetings, conferences and events, and act as a trusted deputy in building relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate, manage, and maintain complex calendars and travel arrangements.
  • Plan client and internal meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between leaders, clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle high‑volume email correspondence, draft professional responses, and manage follow‑ups with discretion.
  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communications and logistics across time zones.
  • Provide proactive support to senior leaders, anticipating needs and delivering solutions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.

Qualifications & Skills

  • University degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in executive support or corporate administration, managing complex calendars and travel across time zones.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation and professional discretion.
  • Collaborative mindset; works effectively across teams, regions, and seniority levels.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and driven to add value and improve processes.
  • Demonstrated success in fast‑paced environments with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational excellence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Professional presence and polished communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (60% in‑office; increased office presence during onboarding).
  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level – CEFR or equivalent).

Location & Compensation

Tampa, FL – $65,000.00‑$75,000.00
