ATR International is hiring an Executive Assistant for a major client in Cupertino, CA!

Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $31.00/hr

Location: Cupertino, CA | fully onsite

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily calendars, demonstrating flexibility and problem‑solving abilities to adjust or prioritize schedules based on last‑minute changes.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for select team members.
  • Facilitate expense reporting processes.
  • Support all facilities activities for the team.

Qualifications

  • Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting VP level or above.
  • Ability and experience with calendar management, complex travel arrangements, expense reports, and facilities requests.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a strong sense of professionalism.
