Full Time — In Office (Coppell, TX)
Pay: $70,000–$100,000 depending on experience
Role
Before you read further, it’s important to know this: this is not a simple administrative role or an easy 9–5. If you're looking for predictable days, low pressure, or a job where you wait for tasks to be assigned, this will not be a fit. The CEO moves fast — and the person in this role must move just as fast.
If your experience is strictly office admin or receptionist-level work, this role is not for you. The expectations here require a significantly higher level of ownership, speed, and decision‑making. You don’t wait for direction—you anticipate needs, handle tasks proactively, and bring forward only the matters that truly warrant the CEO’s attention.
If high expectations energize you, if you thrive in environments where accuracy and urgency matter, and if you genuinely enjoy being the person who keeps everything running seamlessly, then you’ll do extremely well here.
As the Executive Assistant to our CEO, you’ll be the right hand to a fast‑moving executive and a polished point of contact for our clients. You’ll manage communication, scheduling, onboarding, and firm operations with a high standard of professionalism, discretion, and speed. You are the bridge between the CEO, our clients, and our internal team — ensuring every detail reflects the excellence our firm is known for.
This role requires someone who takes full ownership. You understand that if you don’t handle something, the CEO will be forced to handle it herself — and you do everything possible to prevent that. You don’t let tasks sit. You keep priorities moving, anticipate needs, and confidently lead check‑ins with the CEO to keep the business aligned.
NOTE: Due to the high volume of applications we receive for this role, a video submission is required to move forward in the process. Applications without a video will not be considered. Please attach your video as a file or include a view-accessible Loom or Google Drive link.
