A premier real estate and economic development consulting firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to join the team in NYC on a temporary basis. Known for its analytical rigor and strategic insight, the firm partners with a diverse range of clients to bring ambitious visions to life. With offices across major U.S. cities and projects spanning from Brooklyn to Medellín, it offers a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where innovation and impact go hand in hand.

Base pay range

$38.00/hr - $42.00/hr

Who You Are

  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting C-level executives
  • Skilled in managing complex calendars and travel arrangements
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Degree preferred; experience in professional services or consulting is a plus

What You’ll Do

  • Manage senior leaders’ calendars, anticipating and resolving conflicts
  • Coordinate detailed travel plans, including urgent changes
  • Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, timesheets, and tech support
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including Partners and Board Members
  • Support Studio operations, including meetings, events, and Zoom hosting
  • Assist with special projects and provide backup support to the admin team

  • Administrative tasks are accurate and completed on time
  • Meetings and events are well‑organized and executed seamlessly
  • You demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and adaptability daily

Pay Rate Range

$38-42 per hour, based on experience
