Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership.
  • Oversee complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and daily prioritization.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a primary liaison between the executive, internal teams, and external partners.
  • Manage incoming communications—including emails, calls, and correspondence—with professionalism and discretion.
  • Track action items and monitor progress to ensure timely follow-through on key deliverables.
  • Support office operations and maintain organized, efficient administrative systems.
  • Assist with project coordination, progress tracking, and reporting across multiple initiatives.
  • Manage budgets, process expense reports, and handle vendor invoicing.
  • Plan and execute company events, meetings, and offsite activities.
  • Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, including transportation, lodging, and itineraries.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, and documentation.
  • Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Conduct research and provide support for ad-hoc and special projects.
  • Protect confidential information and exercise sound judgment in all interactions.
  • Anticipate the needs of executives and deliver proactive, solution-driven support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of executive support or office management experience, preferably in professional services or project-driven environments.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using collaboration and project management tools.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality with professionalism.
