Historic Woodworking & Home Remodeling Firm | Midtown Manhattan
Location : Midtown Manhattan, NY (On-site) and daily travel to luxury residential homes around Manhattan to meet with homeowners and general contractors (OMNY / MetroCard provided)

This Midtown Manhattan woodworking and historic home remodeling company is seeking a Sales Assistant to support our Sales Manager, CEO, and Founder in managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring the office runs seamlessly. They focus on the restoration, repair, and remodeling of pre‑war homes in New York City!
What You'll Do
- Work directly alongside the Sales Manager / Founder to support day‑to‑day sales operations
- Take detailed notes during client meetings and assist in project follow‑up and coordination
- Manage incoming leads — no cold calling required!
- Schedule and coordinate client and internal meetings
- Update and maintain project information using Monday.com (or similar software)
- Organize files and documents using Dropbox, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team.
- Track expenses and assist with reporting using Expensify
- Support the sales process from initial inquiry through project completion
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales or administrative experience (ideally in construction, home remodeling, or design)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Monday.com, Dropbox, Slack, MS Office, and Expensify
- A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree a plus
