Our expanding manufacturing company is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead our accounting operations and support our continued growth. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the accounting team and oversee daily accounting operations
- Manage month‑end and year‑end close, financial statements, and reconciliations
- Oversee cost accounting, inventory accounting, and production‑related financial activities
- Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and accounting procedures
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Partner with operational leaders to provide insights that drive efficiency and performance
What We’re Looking For
- 6–10+ years of accounting experience, including leadership or supervisory experience
- Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Experience with cost accounting or inventory management is a plus
- A proactive leader with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
